Introduction
Gloria Jeans Coffee at AAUP is conceived as a lively pause within campus life—a compact café with a strong identity and an intuitive customer journey. Curved service counters guide movement from ordering to pickup, while warm timber, textured brick, pale stone, and black metal create a layered, tactile atmosphere. Illuminated signage, integrated product displays, and carefully focused lighting give the brand a confident presence, while every operational element is composed as part of the interior rather than treated as back-of-house equipment.
